I learned for the first time that "motsunabe" and "hormone" are the same thing. These are appealing because of their plump texture and high oil content, but I never knew that they are internal organs such as intestines. I also learned from this speech that the meat we usually eat is animal muscle. Although it seems difficult to prepare the meat, it is inexpensive, nutritious, and delicious, so I would like to be able to prepare it myself.       I am from Fukuoka Prefecture and there are many restaurants in Fukuoka where you can eat motsunabe, so I decided to try it when I go back home. I was also shocked to learn that there are also miso and salty flavors of motsunabe, although I only knew about the soy sauce flavor. I would like to try many kinds of motsunabe to find the flavor I like best. Also, through the motsunabe, I wa...

No1. Tuyoshi Horikawa      He introduced the Japanese mochi. Through his speech, I learned that in the past, mochi was a luxury food that only rich people could eat. Nowadays, the Kanto region eats square mochi, while the Kansai region eats round mochi. Nowadays, glutinous rice cakes are also popular overseas, where they are eaten as sweets such as daifuku and dango skewers. However, because of the danger of choking on mochi, it is also known as a cereal killer overseas and must be eaten slowly. No2. Fuka Inomoto      She introduced mochi. About my recent life

Hello! I'm Maika Kawamura. Thank you for taking the time to look at my blog. This time, I'd like to talk about my recent life so that you can get to know me. I work part-time at a cram school and a hamburger shop. At the cram school, I enjoy working with a lot of ingenuity to improve the grades of the students I teach.  At the hamburger shop, I am very busy, but I am enjoying doing more and more things little by little. It is very hard to manage my schedule when I work two part-time jobs, but it is a good experience for me. My hobby is to watch Korean dramas. I enjoy watching Korean dramas because they have long and deep stories. I also feel that watching them with subtitles is a great way to learn the language. If there are people who share my hobby, let's talk.
