    She introduced the history and types of sushi. I learned that sushi was born in the Edo period and became popular among the general public in the Taisho and Showa periods. She also learned that there are different types of sushi such as chirashi-zushi, oshi-zushi, bara-zushi, and nigiri-zushi. It was interesting to learn many things that I did not know.

Jui Maruyama

    She introduced sushi. She introduced the history of sushi and its popular ingredients. She said that sushi was popularized in the Edo period as nigiri-zushi. Today there are many kinds of sushi, but at Sushiro, a popular sushi restaurant, tuna and salmon are the most popular, she said.

Yuu Tomiyama

    She introduced him to Meuniere. I learned that meuniere is a French and London dish that is good for nutrition and well-balanced because of its many accompaniments. I also gave a presentation on meuniere, but after listening to her speech, I was able to learn more about meuniere from a different perspective.
